Instructions
  1. Start with slicing and dicing the apple then combine it with the and cook in some orange juice for 10 mins
  2. Let the solution cool down then proceed to mix it with a sturdy mixer
  3. Now to thicken the solution add cornflour and water, stir while pouring to avoid lumps.
  4. Start on the dough. Start with the eggs, and add sugar, now whip it with a hand mixer until it's a thick mass (turns almost white!) Mix flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder in another bowl. Little by little add the flour-mix to the egg-mass until you have a nice, thick dough.
  5. For the banana muffin, start with butter or margarine, add two dl of milk and heat until all the margarine is melted. Then add the dark chocolate, melt it all down. slice and dice the banana into a puree and mix it all up by hand
  6. Two different batches of dough! One with banana and one with the blackberry/apple. On the pic is the banana-batch. Just put it into a normal plastic bag, cut a SMALL hole in it, and pour into muffin moulds! fill halfway
  7. Bake at ca 190° C for about 20 minutes, but check to make sure you dont over / under cook them.
