Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
  2. In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa
  3. Add water, vegetable oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Beat by hand untill smooth
  4. Pour into a cake tin, Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a center of cake comes out clean.
  5. The ganache consists of heavy cream. chocolate chips, unsalted butter.
  6. Bring the mixture to a simmer, pour over chocolate and butter, stir until blended. Let it cool to room temp and then cover the cake
