Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to gas mark 4 (170°C / 350°F)
  2. Grease / paper two baking trays.
  3. Cream the butter and soguar together, until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the extract, salt and egg to the mixture. Continue to mix until all ingredients have combined.
  5. Slowly add the flour to the mixture.
  6. Get a piping bag and pop all of the mixture inside. Depending on the size of cookie and design, select the nozzle which suits best.
  7. Pipe out the cookies on to the baking trays.
  8. Sprinkle sugar over the top.
  9. Bake in the oven for 10-15 mins, until golden brown.
  10. Remove from oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
