Instructions
- Begin by stoning the dates, then cut them into small pieces.
- Pour the flour and salt into a mixing bowl and rub in the butter
- Add the dates
- Mix the water and milk together
- Add the milk/water mix to the mixture and make into a soft dough
- Place the dough in a greased breased tin
- Bake in the center of the oven for approximately 1 1/4 hour. Gas Mark 4
