Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 165 degrees Celsius (325 degrees Fahrenheit). Line baking tray with baking paper
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar until well blended. then mix in the vanilla extract, egg and egg yolk until it is light, fluffy and creamy.
  3. Mix in the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt until blended.
  4. Drop cookie dough 1/4 cup at a time onto prepared baking tray.
  5. Bake for 15 or until the edges are slightly toasted. Since these have cocoa in them it's hard to see if they're toasted around the edges,
  6. Cool on baking tray for a few minutes and allow the cookies to harden slightly before moving them.
