Instructions
Cupcakes
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Beat with electric mixer until well-blended.
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Note: Mango pulp can often be found at Indian grocery stores.
Icing
  1. Beat butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add sugar, milk, vanilla, and almond extract and beat until spreadable consistency.
  3. Add additional sugar if needed.
  4. Frost cupcakes and dip in coconut.
  5. Top with mango and toasted coconut.
