Instructions
  1. Cream the butter and sugar. add the vanilla and stir into the mixture.
  2. Add rice flour and mix thoroughly. Slowly add the plain flour until you get a dry dough.
  3. transfer the dough to your baking tin. Prick with a fork before putting in the oven.
  4. Bake at 300 degrees for about 25 minutes. They should be golden brown around the edges.
  5. when ready, remove the bread from the baking tin, cut into shapes and leave on a cooling rack.
  6. you can also sprinkle nuts over the top like in the picture. Gives it that extra flavour.
