- 32 g Brown Sugar
- 43 g Flour
- 1 cup oats
- 96g cup coconut
- 43 g brown rice flour
- 43 g potato starch
- 96 g sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 64 g butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp boiling water
Servings: cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking sheet with parchement.
- Mix together the oats, coconut, brown rice flour, oat flour, potato starch, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda in a large bowl and stir to combine.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and honey together. Add the boiling water and stir to combine. Pour into the oat mixture and mix well.
- Drop by teaspoon onto prepared baking sheet and bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and cool them on a cooling rack.
