- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp oregano dried
- fresh parsley

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, please the garlic, olive oil, parsley, salt, pepper and lime juice.
- Place the fillets in a glass baking dish and then pour marinade over them.
- Place the dish into the fridge for 1 hour. Every 15 minutes turn the fillets so they get and even covering.
- Preheat your oven to gas mark 4 (350C / 170C)
- take another glass baking dish and line with foil, have enough in order to cover the dish as well.
- Place the fillets on the foil and pour in the marinade.
- Cover the dish with the foil and place in the center of the oven
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
