- 220 g butter softened
- 65 g Brown Sugar
- 30 g granulated sugar
- 170 g plain flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 85 g blackberries diced

Instructions
- Pre heat the oven to Gas Mark 4 (350F/170C)
- Grease/paper a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, mix together the butter and sugars until creamy and smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time followed by the vanilla extract.
- Slowly mix in the remaining dry ingredients
- Wash and dice the blackberries , then fold them the mixture.
- Using the tablespoon, place 15-20 lumps of mixture onto your baking tray.
- Place into the centre of the oven for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
