Instructions
- preheat the oven on gas mark 4 or 350F
- rub the fat into the flour.
- Add the jam and sugar
- Mix in the mil
- bake in the oven for 1.5 hours
Recipe Notes
If you want to add further flavor you can add in dried fruit and or spice.
