- 1 kg carrots
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 20 g salt
- 200 g bacon
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp mixed herbs

Instructions
- Preheat oven at 200c
- Peel and cut the carrots into thick strips. Put them into a bowl, add olive oil and sea salt then shake it around so the carrot strips are covered.
- Cut the bacon into thin strips and wrap these around the carrots. Put them onto a baking tray that has been treated with anti sticky spray. Bake the carrot fries for 20 min
- For the sauce use a small bowl, add in mayonnaise, citrus and Cajun herbs. Mix it together until blended well.
- Serve Carrot fries with the Cajun-mayonnaise.
