- 100 g butter
- 100 g suger
- 100 g almond ground
- 50-200 g dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 4 pears
- 1 Pre done pastry pack
- 1 tsp almond extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C then start melting the butter down and add the sugar
- Start mixing the eggs and almond extract into the mix solution
- Melt down the chocolate. Put your pre done pastry into your pie pan and then spread the chocolate on your pastry
- Then spread your almond mix on the chocolate layer
- And finally add the pears. Put in the oven at 220°C for 25 to 30 minutes
