- 2 cups White Sugar
- 3 cups plain flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz chocolate chips
- 8 oz heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa
- Add water, vegetable oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Beat by hand untill smooth
- Pour into a cake tin, Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a center of cake comes out clean.
- The ganache consists of heavy cream. chocolate chips, unsalted butter.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, pour over chocolate and butter, stir until blended. Let it cool to room temp and then cover the cake
