- 12 oz lasagna noodles
- 1 onion
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 28 oz tomato sauce
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 12 oz cottage cheese
- 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to Gas Mark 4 (350f / 175c)
- Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in a deep sided pan.
- Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and oregano.
- cook for 5-10 minutes maximum
- Spoon a layer of meat sauce onto the bottom of the bowl.
- Add a double layer of uncooked lasagna noodles (break to fit) and top with cheeses.
- Repeat with sauce, noodles and cheeses until all are used up.
- Put in the oven and bake for 40 min.
