In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients you form a nice dough like texture.
Take some of the mixture and roll into a ball.
Place onto the baking sheet and gently press down, this is to stop it moving.
Bake in the center of the oven for approximately 10 minutes, until golden brown.
While the cookies are in the oven, take the fruitella and cut each square into 4, then pop to one side.
When your cookies are ready, they will still be soft. Take them out of the oven and start adding the small fruitella square to each of the cookies. 4 per cookie should be enough, depending on the size.
When you have finished placing all the sweets onto the cookies, pop them onto a cooling rack and leave for 5-10 minutes.
I do not suggest putting the fruitella into the mixture before baking as they will likely melt and make a lovely mess on your baking tray…..been there, done that!!
