- 1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
- 2-1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 2-1/2 tsp Yeast
- 1-1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup sorghum flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp honey
- 3 eggs

Instructions
- To make the oat bread, grease loaf pan. In a large bowl combine the brown rice flour, xanthan gum, sorghum flour, cornstarch, oat flour, yeast and salt.
- In a separate large bowl combine the water, cider vinegar, oil, honey and eggs mix until combined.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix somewhere.
- Spread the mixture into the loaf pan. Sprinkled some oats on the top and press into the dough gently. Let rise for two hour in a warm location.
- While the bread is rising, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes until golden.
