Instructions
- Peel and slice the potatoes into thin slices.
- Take a fireproof oven dish and cover the bottom with the sliced potatoes.
- Sprinkle some of the breadcrumbs, cheese and seasoning over the potatoes.
- Repeat steps 2 & 3 ending with a layer of cheese on the top.
- Pour the milk over the potatoes, add more if you need it.
- Bake in a moderate oven for about 45 minutes. Gas Mark 4
