- Cream the butter and sugar. add the vanilla and stir into the mixture.
- Add rice flour and mix thoroughly. Slowly add the plain flour until you get a dry dough.
- transfer the dough to your baking tin. Prick with a fork before putting in the oven.
- Bake at 300 degrees for about 25 minutes. They should be golden brown around the edges.
- when ready, remove the bread from the baking tin, cut into shapes and leave on a cooling rack.
- you can also sprinkle nuts over the top like in the picture. Gives it that extra flavour.
