- 500 g strong bread flour
- 120 g lard
- 125 g butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 175 ml water
- 300 g flank steak
- 50 g onion
- 2 turnip
- 2 cloves garlic

Instructions
- Mix the flour, lard, butter, salt and water in a big bowl and mix until you get sticky dough
- Chill the dough before rolling it out
- Then roll out to 1/4" thick and cut into circles
- For the filling chop the flank steak into small cubes and then added finely chopped onion, turnip,garlic. Mixed it up with salt, pepper
- Fill the middle and fold over. You need to wet the edges with water so they stay together.
- Press the edges with a fork and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Then whisk an egg and brush all over the top and edges of the Pasties.
- Place into a 400 degree oven for about 40 minutes
