Skinny Slow Cooker Fudgy Dark Chocolate Brownies

- 1 cup white whole wheat flour
- 90 g Greek yogurt plain non fat
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter or coconut oil melted and cooled slightly,
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 3 large eggs room temperature
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¾ cup maple syrup

Instructions
- Line your slow cooker with foill, and lightly coat the interior with nonstick cooking spray.
- Grab a medium sized bowl and start mixing together the flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder.
- Grab a second bowl and put the eggs, butter and vanilla in then start mixing it up. Stir in the Greek yogurt, mixing until the mixture is evenly mixed and there are no longer any large lumps. Stir in the maple syrup. Mix in the flour mixture, stirring just until everything till its all nicely blended.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared slow cooker, and cover with the lid. Turn on the slow cooker to LOW, and bake for 1 ½ to 2 hours.
- When the sides look done and the center looks glossy and slightly wet. Cool completely to room temperature in the slow cooker,
