- 1 kg sweet potato
- 2 tbp sunflower oil
- 4 tbp yoghurt
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 2 tbp mayonaise
- sea salt
- pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200c
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thick strips. Use a baking tray covered with baking paper, spread the sweet potato strips out and sprinkle the sunflower oil over them.
- Bake the fries in the oven for 45 min until there golden brown. Make sure you flip the fries after 20 minutes.
- For the dip sauce, start off with a small bowl and put the yogurt, mayonnaise and curry powder in. Mix it together until well blended. You can adjust the flavor with salt or pepper.
- When the sweet potatoe are done take them out and sprinkle them with sea salt. Serve with the curry dip on the side.
